Brief introduction of Shoe Bag

Dust bags for shoes are also called non-woven bags. The non-woven bag adopts the casting method, and the compound is firm. Shoe Bag Manufacturing

1.Spunlace: It sprays high-pressure micro-water flow on one or more layers of fiber webs, entangles the fibers with each other, so that the web is strengthened and has a certain strength.

2.Heat-sealed non-woven bag: It refers to adding fibrous or powdery hot-melt bonding and reinforcing materials to the web, and the web is then heated and melted to cool it into a cloth.

3.Pulp airlaid non-woven bag: It can also be called non-woven paper for dustless paper and dry papermaking. It uses air-laying technology to open the wood pulp fiberboard into a single fiber state, and then uses the air-flow method to agglomerate the fibers on the screen curtain, and the fiber web is then consolidated into a cloth.

4.Wet method non-woven bag: It is to open the fiber raw materials placed in the aqueous medium into single fibers, and at the same time, the different fiber raw materials are mixed to make a fiber suspension slurry. The suspended pulp is conveyed to the web forming mechanism, and the fibers are web-formed in a wet state and then consolidated into a cloth.

5.Spunbond non-woven bag: After the polymer has been extruded and stretched to form continuous filaments, the filaments are laid into a web. The web is then subjected to self-adhesion, thermal bonding, chemical bonding, or mechanical reinforcement to turn the web into a non-woven fabric.

6.Meltblown non-woven bag: Its process: polymer feeding --- melt extrusion --- fiber formation --- fiber cooling --- forming into a network --- reinforcement into a cloth.

7.Acupuncture: It is a kind of dry non-woven fabric. Needle-punched non-woven fabric is used to reinforce the fluffy web into a cloth by using the puncture effect of the needle.

8.Stitch knitting is a type of dry-laid non-woven fabric. The stitch-knitting method uses a warp-knitted coil structure to reinforce a web, a yarn layer, a non-woven material or a combination thereof to make a non-woven fabric.
